The Nutrition Department provides deep market knowledge and application knowhow in it’s role of committed reference distributor offering  ingredients, additives and tailor-made solutions for food producers, supplied by the main international producers and integrated with  Eigenmann & Veronelli’s  own products.

Cooperating with the R & D and technical support of our suppliers, our team is capable to guarantee an effective technical and commercial support to our customers.

We are also equipped with an application laboratory and a pilot plant to develop innovative mixes of additives and emulsifiers like Baicor R.

The broad product range includes milk, milk derivatives and whey proteins for the improvement of food products structure , vegetable fibers for sugar and fat content reduction, the range of Baicor products  improving  stability and emulsion of UHT products, soy lecithin and sunflower.
