BAICOR® Texturant line extension

Eigenmann & Veronelli, a company active in the production and distribution of emulsifying-stabilizing solutions for the food industry, has extended its product line with the introduction of BAICOR® TEXT 418 HA S.

BAICOR® TEXT 418 HA S is a High Acyl Gellan Gum that finds specific use in UHT vegetable drinks and milk substitutes.

The product is KOSHER and HALAL certified.

BAICOR® TEXT 418 HA S stands out because it disperses very easily in water and optimizes the suspension of solids.
